My experience at the South Colorado Boulevard location of Gerber Collision and Glass was excellent. Jeff and Justice were professional, more than courteous, and expert in their field. The repairs were made in a timely manner, and the results were outstanding. The "front office" crew and the paintless dent repair technicians are all to be commended. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber to friends and associates and have already complimented this office to USAA. While I hope NOT to need Gerber again, I must thank them for a nearly painless repair process.

I won't go anywhere else for body work every again, the team at Gerber and the work they did was absolutely fantastic! I was rear ended and had to bring my car in for an estimate and then for repair. Justice worked with me to get the initial estimate prepared for the insurance company. Super friendly, very understanding of the stressful situation, made sure to answer all my questions and made sure I left feeling comfortable with the estimate and the repair process. When it did come time to take my car in for repair work Jeff was absolutely amazing. Walked me through everything they were going to be repairing again and reassured me I'd have my "baby" back as soon as possible, but it good work takes time and he wasn't going to rush anything. Originally my mustang was supposed to be in the shop for about 12 days. Jeff made sure to ... call me with repair updates so I knew what the progress was. They were able to get my car back to me in six. Could not be happier. She's like brand new. All in all such a pleasant experience going through such an ordeal. Justice and Jeff and the rest of the team that I got to talk to are fantastic. Had every confidence that things would turn out for the best and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Justice R. is without doubt the ABSOLUTE BEST I have ever seen at customer service! Gerber has a customer for life. I will never take my business to anyone else. It's simple...do yourself a favor and go to Gerber. No reason to go anywhere else.

Just wanted to say that Justice .R, at the Colorado Blvd. store in Denver is one heck of an employee. She went out of her way, to help me get my car repaired. The insurance company that was covering my repairs, didn't want to pay, and never returned her telephone calls. She kept after them, until she got a new adjuster to cover all my repairs, and the rental car bill. Thanks to everyone at this Gerber Location!!!!

I was impressed with the service from start to finish - I worked with Doug at the shop and he was absolutely terrific. I did encounter one problem at the very beginning when I set an appointment with the national call-center and the time, in reality, was not available with the shop on Colorado Blvd - but it all worked out and my car looks great. Jeff B. was helping me repair/ replace a broken side mirror- he went above and beyond, emailing back and forth with me answering all of my many questions. When I finally scheduled the appointment, Jeff pointed out that the part ordered was damaged ( something that would have been much easier for him to ignore and send me on my way). He called all surrounding shops, tracked down another one and picked it up in his own vehicle to avoid my having to come back another time. His help was so appreciated and was truly exceptional.
