CO - 19396 Goddard Ranch Crt, Morrison - 5/13/15

I had an awesome customer experience with Gerber in Morrison, CO. Traci went above and beyond when my rental car didn't show up to pick me up when I dropped my car off. She found a rental car company to use and even had an employee drive me there to get a car. Also, the entire time they had my car I got regular updates as to the status of the repairs. I would highly recommend Gerber in Morrison to anyone who needs an auto body repair.

Entire experience exceptional. My vehicle had some minor parking lot damage, but had Gerber do some additional work. Earl B. was spot on with his estimate - awesome communication. Special thanks to Lindsey for answering my calls and helping me track down Earl during my visits. I'm very particular about the paint blend since it's a tough metallic color, but Gary, Tony, and Silas blended it perfectly-- thanks for meeting me with me before you executed the work. I couldn't be happier with the results! Jennifer, Erik, and Jeremy bent over backwards to keep the cost down on the additional work I had done-- thank you! And Earl the detailer-- the car looked amazing when it was returned to me. You can tell that he put his heart into prepping the car. Bottom line-- You have the right guy interfacing with customers when it comes to Earl B. I was in ... there lots, and saw him with myriad other clients and he is simply THE best. You want someone in that job who no kidding personally cares about you and getting your car done right. He definitely put me at ease. This is officially our go-to collision center-- and I will be proactive in recommending to my friends and work colleagues! Thanks again to all for everything! read more

They did an awesome job. they provided excellent customer service. gave me twice a week phone calls to update the process. went above and beyond the call of duty. even provided me a ride home. did an awesome job on the car as well cant even tell their was damage to begin with. great job keep up the great work

The staff has always been professional and up front about what repairs were being done to my vehicle. The end result has always been to my satisfaction! Your staff person, Alicia A., at the front desk has been such a pleasure to work with. She provides service with a smile, is very efficient and friendly. She is definitely as asset to your company. Justice R is awesome! somebody give that women a promotion. she is way to happy every time i talk to her and i love that. happiness is infectious and thats the best place to make other people happy. nobody wants to be in an accident and get their car fixed, but justice helped make that a little better with just her attitude. I had the misfortune of inflicting some damage to my brand new 2015 Outback. Had previously worked with Gerber on Colorado Blvd and knew that they offered top notch service. (The only drawback was the very long wait time between estimate and when they could actually get me scheduled for the repairs--a byproduct of their excellent service and reputation.) When the time came, Gerber did not disappoint. My car once again looks brand new. I worked with Jeff B. throughout the process. He was a consummate professional, always went the extra mile, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. On top of it all, they finished the repairs over a week ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to go back to Gerber in the future should the need arise...I just hope that need is not anytime soon!!
