Absolutely amazing work and customer service. I was amazed at the quality of workmanship, since my new truck looked better than when I received off the showroom floor. I was really worried because my truck was new, but the Gerber team took care of my truck. John, Terrah, and Tracey were very professional and ensured my collision repair was completed to my full satisfaction, yes I said, my satisfaction. The customer service alone should be used by all businesses as the new standard. In fact, I would go to great lengths to use Gerber, Morrison, CO for any future repair needs, even if I have to travel across the state. Excellent job!!!

I had just got my car back from having the entire clutch replaced, and 2 days later some fool (my real words for him are much more colorful!) in a full size PU pulling a trailer did a u-turn from the right lane (I was in the left lane) and ripped the front end of my car off. (He flipped a bitch to fetch a ladder that had fallen off his truck) After some him~hawing from another body shop in Longmont, who I will not name, (Abra Auto Body @ 1840 Boston Avenue.......whoops!! ) I had my car towed to Gerber. David was so helpful! He gave me a reasonable quote for my repairs, and stuck to that quote when I picked up my car today. When I saw my car I was totally amazed!! It looks better than it did before the ladder fetcher tore it up! There was NO signs at all that it was damaged at all. Everything looks great & the paint matches perfectly!! ... read more

The service and repair was excellent, and really enjoyed working with Tracy and Terrah. However, I noticed today that the new hood that was installed on my truck does not remain open and I will need to return the vehicle for further repairs.
