Well, if you're going to be in an accident, or in our case two accidents in two years, you'll be grateful for Gerber and Dave G.. The quality of the work is exceptional and the twice weekly communication really puts you at ease. After our last accident, the passenger front door wouldn't open all the way, but it was still drivable. Dave and his team adjusted the door for me while I was there for an estimate. That was super kind as it was going to be a couple of weeks until the parts were in stock and they could begin the repairs and we needed to continue to use our car during that period. All around great experiences and really kind service from Dave and the entire team. I hope for no more accidents, but if there are I will return. Thank you, Gerber.

Getting in a car accident is a very stressful experience, but the process working with Gerber Collision put us at ease. The coordination between Gerber our insurance company and the rental car service was seamless. I appreciated the frequent communication about our repair. Our van was finished earlier than expected, the staff at Gerber was friendly and great to work with, and the van looks amazing. Thank you for such a good experience.

What a relief. Working with Gerber was a seamless and, dare I say, enjoyable experience. Nobody looks forward to required vehicle repairs, but this group of professionals made it worth the time. After my car was hit from behind, while my family was visiting Colorado Springs, the vehicle was taken to Gerber. Everyone there was fantastic! Sarah, the manager, helped ease my mind after my panicky phone call. She was so helpful and kind all through this process and continues to reach out to offer assistance. Erik was phenomenal! He talked me through each step of the process, always being patient, friendly and kind with my many questions during multiple phone conversations. I was 1800 miles away from my sons (who had been in the car at the time of the accident) and was extremely upset. Erik was always calm and helped me to see things in a new perspective. The employees at this shop are a great example of how to treat customers, as they are professional, courteous and helpful. I have used Gerber Collision&Glass in the past for repairs with total satisfaction. This certainly was the case with this last repair they did on my wife's 2006 Jeep Liberty. David G. was the estimator and was very knowledgeable and informative regarding what repairs needed to be done and estimate time it would take. The real positive item was the online text messages to us regarding there progress of the repair time and estimate date of completion. Since my wife's Jeep was hit and the other insurance company was giving us a real hard time, David gave us some great advice to help get the repairs done, which we did and helped get it repaired. If there was a 10 star rating, I sure would give it that rating. Totally 100% satisfied. Would recommend this location to anyone who needed quality repairs done with a life time guarantee.

the entireMy car needed collision repair, and the entire staff was delightful to work with-Sarah, Edith, David & Eric were all very thoughtful and polite and very conscientious. You don't get this type of customer service hardly anymore. I also told them that fragrances and toxins make me sick, and they were very careful when they cleaned up my car after finishing working on it, so it wouldn't make me sick.
