Every step of the way we received updates on the car's repair status and were quite accurate on the scheduled completion. Friendly, professional, and a fantastic job on our car! Entire experience exceptional. My vehicle had some minor parking lot damage, but had Gerber do some additional work. Earl B. was spot on with his estimate - awesome communication. Special thanks to Lindsey for answering my calls and helping me track down Earl during my visits. I'm very particular about the paint blend since it's a tough metallic color, but Gary, Tony, and Silas blended it perfectly-- thanks for meeting me with me before you executed the work. I couldn't be happier with the results! Jennifer, Erik, and Jeremy bent over backwards to keep the cost down on the additional work I had done-- thank you! And Earl the detailer-- the car looked amazing when it was returned to me. You can tell that he put his heart into prepping the car. Bottom line-- You have the right guy interfacing with customers when it comes to Earl B. I was in ... there lots, and saw him with myriad other clients and he is simply THE best. You want someone in that job who no kidding personally cares about you and getting your car done right. He definitely put me at ease. Remarkable, friendly, and timely service. Really enjoyed working with the professionals that directly assisted me during my service/repairs. Sylas & Eric (my mechanics/artisans) very friendly and answered every silly question I had; Doug Earl(estimators/service managers) incredible ability to juggle several jobs, crunch a ridiculous amount of numbers and when at their peak, still willing to help me and walk me though the shop to see my in-progress repair. Jen & Mike (GenMang. & Prod. Mang.) were very friendly and willing to make time to assist me, keep me informed, and were the help I need to walk me through the incredibly arduous insurance journey. Last but not least, Leslie (Service Rep.) was always friendly and was able to help me with every question I had about the state of my repairs, insurance (and some of the ... processes), and every other topic I may not have been clear with. The entire staff that help me during this time were the most professional, knowledgeable, patient, and most friendly people I have had the pleasure to work with. Every member of the staff was professional, efficient and courteous from beginning to end. I especially appreciated the two progress reports and easy access to speak directly to the technician. After the decision was made to utilize their services, even prior to dropping off my vehicle, through vehicle pick-up, the customer service was unmatched with any business I've associated with in the past 20 years! From the phone call prior to dropping my vehicle off, through regular progress updates, interrelations between the insurance companies involved and rental car agencies, the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass (especially Doug) truly made me feel like a V.I.P. Upon completion, my truck looked even better than it had before the collision. I'll definitely take all my future auto body business back to them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
