Devan at the front desk was very kind and worked with me through insurance issues. Earl was the definition of customer service. I was so happy to find someone so genuinely kind and detailed about my repair that was taking place. It is rare to find someone like Earl in any business these days! The manager was also very kind and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving with my newly repaired vehicle! They have a great team at the Mark Dabling location! I will recommend this particular shop to anyone who wants exceptional service!

I have been to this Gerber location 4 times now and I can say there is no other place I would take my Subaru for repairs. The first person who won me over is Earl. He is such a personable guy! Rob and Johnny have repaired my car each time and it always comes out looking like its never crashed before (not true). Devon and Brian were also great. Every time I called them they were friendly and answered every question I had. Gerber is truly lucky to have such a large number of exceptional staff members.

The team at Gerber did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of my repairs. My accident occurred during the first major snow storm of the year and they took a genuine interested in my health & safety. In addition to repairing the damage caused by the crash, they identified a problem with my breaks and returned my car as good as new!

We've been satisfied USAA clients for a long time and want to express our appreciation for the work that Earl Bell and the Gerber folks in Colorado Springs delivered. After a minor accident that appeared to have a straight-forward solution, we found puzzling symptoms of unidentified sounds - no pulling left or right, no shimmying or wobbling, but some rumbling noises that were difficult to assess. Earl and the other Gerber folks worked with us as in a partnership to determine the cause - and fixed it - with a sense of eagerness to please and responsiveness to our needs. It was a good experience working with them, exceeding the experience we've had during other instances in Virginia in which we needed accident repair work.

Excellent customer service. The description of the damage and what was necessary to repair it was very clear. The repair work was fantastic----the car looked almost better than new. I was able to make an appointment for the day after I called and the work, including getting parts/fenders, was completed in only 4 days. I have never had an auto shop perform this well. I wish they could do all my auto work!!! Rob, Dale, and Drew did really great work and I enjoyed working with the manager, Jennifer. Thanks everybody there.

I was totally impressed with the service provided by Gerber Collision and Glass, located at Mark Dabling, Colorado Springs. My bumper was replaced due to gouges in the paint, caused by a rotor-tiller. Bryan Royer was the rep who helped me. He thoroughly explained the process and time needed to complete the repair. The job was completed within 2 days and looked like new! I truly appreciated Bryan's professionalism and detailed explanations. I will certainly recommend Gerber to anyone I know who needs collision work! Thanks for a job well done!

His positive demeanor and ability to answer all my questions at a level I can understand is to be commended. Abe, a driver, took me home after I dropped off my car and returned to pick me up when my headlight was repaired. He was also very personable and got me to and from my destinations quickly and safely. If the need arises, I will definitely use Gerber again and will recommended this company to my friends and family.
