My hat goes off to all of who took care of my 2007 Acadia which was involved in my boat trailer running in the back of the car. Without any hesitation on you part, Doug Timmons responded with a friendly hand shake and smile that made me feel very conferrable from the start that I was at the right company. At all times during our conversation and pre-inspection of my vehicle he knew his job and was making me feel at ease. He furthermore kept me informed on a daily schedule what my car status was in to including parts ordered, when they came in, painting and when I could pick up my car. Upon inspecting the car when it was finished I didn’t feel like another customer being pushed out the door but arms welcome my service. "I would like to tell you about a GREAT WOW experience at gerber Colorado Springs Palmar Park. Major General Whelan had come into the shop for repairs. Of course he is a USAA member. Doug Timmons is the estimator that is helping Major General Whelan. With the trust that Doug had built with Major General Whelan, the General told Doug to just call him by his first name. Doug told the General " I am sorry Sir that just isn't something that is going to happen here". Corey has worked with his staff to address any USAA member by their rank and if their an Officer to call them Sir. When the General picked up his vehicle he gave Doug this Medallion in appreciation for a exemplary service. WOW I thought you would like to thank Doug and Corey personally "

I am a repeat customer because of how well I am treated from the beginning to the end. I have never had a problem with any service provided to any vehicle that I have entrusted to Gerber but this time when I brought in my 2010 silver Subaru Forrester the service provided went above & beyond! I came in with minor bumber damage from being hit & Earl M. noticed that I had damage on my driver side door & mirror & he graciously went above & beyond & buffed out the damage. The damage came from someone hitting me in a walmart parking lot & it was a hit & run so the repair work would have had to come from my pocket. I provide care to both my parents who are 100% disabled from health issues plus I have a 2 yr old daughter. My car looks better than the day I purchased it & it is all because of Earl M. thank you ... so much I will be telling anyone with an ear about the red carpet that was rolled out for me. I am very happy with the service that received from Gerber! At first, I was mostly happy except for two smaller issues which I submitted feedback about on the gerbercollision.com/review website. Within about 20 minutes of submitting my feedback, Doug (from the local Gerber location) was in contact with me. He explained that if I brought my car back he would fix the issue that I had concern about by cleaning all of the conditioner off of the dash and cleaning my sticky mat, as well. He was very nice about it and just wanted to make sure that I was happy with the service that I received. Aside from the two issues in my previous feedback, I was already happy with the service that I received from Gerber. I received text message updates every step of the way about the progress of my car and Doug even called me to let me know that my car was ... being prepped for paint and would be in the paint shop the following day. When I picked up my car, I was told that Gerber would take care of notifying my insurance company why it was picked up the day after repairs were done so I didn’t need to worry about it. Now that Doug had my dash and sticky mat cleaned up – within only an hour of knowing about it – I am even more satisfied with the service. I will absolutely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass! Doug was great he was professional. I brought my wife's car in to get some minor body work done. I also was going to inquire about getting the head lights buffed out because hazing was occurring. Before I could even bring it up to Doug, he had already told me he was going to buff out the headlights in appreciation for my business. Thanks Doug that's the kind of service that keeps me coming back whenever I ever need body work done big or small!!!

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received on my Saturn Vue. I selected your business from a list I was given from USAA so it was hit or miss for me, but I am so glad that I made the decision to come there. From day one the service was outstanding. I received text message updates and phone calls every couple of days on the progress of my vehicle. I had extensive damage to the rear end of my vehicle and it looks brand new. Thank you for making a horrible experience a little easier!

I love the service & the people at Gerber Collision & Glass located at 5900 Palmer Park Blvd in Colorado Springs, Co. They even helped me with issues I was having with the car rental place I was using while my car was being repaired. I've had to use Gerbers services twice within 45 days and I wouldn't go anyway else to have my car worked on.

The staff at this location (have used their collision service twice in the past 12 months) really friendly, helpful and also very professional. Doris is an angel at the front desk and Jeff was also amazing to work with! You should be so proud of your staff there....Will definitely be using them again in any future auto issues ....hopiing that doesn't happen but if it does, it is a pleasure to get them to have our car repairs done there!!! Well done!!

Very polite, friendly, and quick. Truck was done days prior to the estimated date of completion. The only issue was some scratches on the bumper that were forgot about. When I brought it to their attention, they were very apologetic and immediately offered me either a new bumper or 1/2 the cost of a new bumper in cash for an appearance allowance. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass. Thank you for a job well done.
