I was MORE than pleased with the professionalism that was shown and extended to me from the beginning. The ladies in the front office who registered me and handled the insurance to Doug Timmons the estimator and the manager there, Jennifer I believe. All were very accomodating, helpful and understanding, which was most helpful in a very frustrating and stressful time after the accident. I was, and am thanful for their attitude and behavior and would not hesitate to go there again if needed or to recommend them to family or friends or anyone who asked. Doris and Kelley did a great job keeping me informed on progress of repairs; also worked to ensure my rental car was delieverd the day I drop my truck to the shop making the whole process very easy. Kory and his technicians also did a great job performing their repairs. I have had to use this shop a few times over the last year and half and have found the people I have mentioned to be nothing short of professional and very customer oriented. They do a great job everythime I have had to use them.
