I wanted to send a quick message to let you know of my recent positive experience at your Dublin Road shop. Your staff regularly called me with updates – either by phone or text - and although it took slightly longer than what was initially quoted – the frequent status updates made me convinced I was at the right place. As a business owner myself, I know how important a positive customer experience can be, and mine couldn’t have been better. Obviously, no one is happy when they wreck their car – but I was happy with the service that I received. By the way, my car has never been cleaner!

I wanted to let you know that your employee Katie and two guys from the shop helped me out a lot this week by providing an extra service. My husband is out of town on business and I am here juggling an infant, a toddler, and a busy week at my full time job outside the home. That means I work first, second, and third shifts! When I received the call that the work on our vehicle was completed, I was in the position of not having a second driver to coordinate picking it up. When I told Katie that our home was only a five minute drive from Gerber she arranged to have our vehicle dropped off to me at the end of the day. This saved me some headaches. Dear Dan Hoover, I would like to thank your staff for a wonderful job done on our 2007 KIA Sedona. We were not familiar with Gerber Collision & Glass until this current claim. The entire process was fast, easy and stress free. We appreciated a helpful and knowledgeable staff that was willing to answer any questions we had. Katie at the front desk was extremely helpful in arranging our rental for the time of the repair, she also answered our questions and concerns and kept us updated on the progress of the repair. She was always smiling, friendly and remembered our name when we came into the office which is always a welcoming touch. When we did have a small problem with Enterprise Rental, It was Ozzy who stepped in and helped to rectify the problem for us. His willingness to help fix the situation was greatly appreciated and I believe ... his assistance got Enterprise to understand the problem and they were more willing to listen when Ozzy called them. In turn the situation was resolved immediately. Thanks again Ozzy! The repair done to our van was outstanding! Beautiful work can't even tell it had anything wrong that needed repaired. Just the way we wanted it. Thank you for the clean van inside and out, very much appreciated! As I stated before, this was our first time being a customer of Gerber Collision & Glass, and we left a happy and satisfied customer! read more

Hello Dan, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the spectacular service I received! I brought in my 2007 BMW for a new bumper on Wednesday, Dec 26th, the Day of the Blizzard. I had been planning to walk to work (I work very close), but your staff insisted someone drive me. Thank you very much for that. I didn't realize how bad out it was! Throughout my experience, Katie and Ozzie are the two people I worked with the most and both were very, very friendly! While a small gesture, what was even more unexpected was the swept and clean inside and complimentary bottle of water. I thought at first I had left it in there but thought wait, I haven't bought that brand recently. A seal confirmed that it was a new bottle that had kindly been left for me. I wanted to take this opportunity to write to you regarding the EXCELLENT customer service and workmanship we recently received from Gerber Collision and Glass! In particular, I would like to commend Ozzie Maya for the outstanding Customer Service qualities he presented from beginning to end! From the moment I walked in the door with my collision, he kept me assured that all would be fine and that he would take care of both cars with care and assure they were in quality condition when delivered back to me. We had two cars to fix! He also made me feel less mortified that I had done such a silly thing and that I was NOT the only one that had done this silly type of collision, backing into my own daughters car! He informed me of the process and also informed me that we would do one car at a time, swap them out and in the end, both cars will ... be back to their original look, and as good as new! Not only did both cars look great on the outside where the damage was done, I was most impressed with the INSIDE detail of my daughters car! WOW! Even the dog hair was gone! J I am very pleased with the overall customer service and workmanship from Ozzie, to Katie and to yourself! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass now to anyone! I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had working with Ozzie Maya. I had a work van that had sustained some damage in the rear door. This being a maintenance vehicle, I wanted to minimize the cost of repair, but have a repair that looks good. Ozzie worked his magic. While I was waiting (less than 10 minutes), Ozzie got on the phone and called several sources to see what he could do to replace the door. To my surprise, he found a replacement with a color that matched my van (no painting needed). This saved me money and time. The work was completed within a day and you would never know the door had been replaced. Excellent job! Please thank your Team and especially Ozzie.

I have used your company, True to Form, several times over the years and have always received excellent service. My car looks great! I am especially thankful for Ozzie expediting repair by weekend so I could have my own car again - I really was not comfortable in the rental car - of course he offered to arrange for another one - but I was capable of that if I really didn't want to drive it all weekend. Just a short note to commend you all for a job well done and to compliment you on your outstanding customer service! As you may recall, my family and I were on our way to Columbus, Ohio from Wilmington, DE when I hit a deer while driving my 2005 Town & Country mini van on Saturday November 3rd, 2012. Fortunately, none of us were hurt, but the van had some considerable front damage from the impact. No one likes to have an accident, but your prompt response to our needs helped make the situation more bearable. My van was serviced by you over the next almost 2 weeks and I picked it up on Friday November 16th. All seemed to be wonderful with the van until @ two days ago, when my “malfunction light” came on my dash and the van started making some unusual noises. After taking it to the local Chrysler dealer, it was found a valve not put in ... the bracket properly, had a hole rubbed in it by a belt. Once again, you proved your promise of “unconditional guarantee” on your work to be true. Very reluctantly, the local serviceman called you, Dan, to inform you of the problem. You said the repair would be covered under your warranty. When the Chrysler serviceman got off the phone, he smiled and said “You told me they were nice. They SURE were! I don’t think anyone around here would have been so pleasant!” So, needless to say, you have impressed several east coast residents. Your workmanship, your pride in your work, your caring and your customer service are something you all should be proud of! I hope I do not have a need for your services in the foreseeable future. However if the need did arise, or if anyone needed a recommendation, I can honestly say, I would wholeheartedly return to your shop. I regret I did not get everyone’s name. My daughter was in a minor accident recently, but it rendered her left side rear-view mirror unusable and left a substantial dent in the door panel. After receiving the authorization from the other driver's insurance company to have it repaired, we decided on Gerber Collision in Columbus, OH, as they were #1 on the list of providers we received. While the list was based on distance from my daughter's residence, it turned out the Gerber Collision is #1. They provided very caring, efficient customer service and after they were done, it was impossible to tell that the car had been involved in an accident.
