Just a wonderful shop!! My estimator Brittany was so personable and made me feel at ease. She also wowed me by getting my liscence plate put on for free. She said Gerber cares about their customers and there is no need for that. This shows customer service is not dead and I cant wait to bring my nissian. See you soon!

Gerber is always my first choice. I've used the midtown location on Willow St. however, this time my car was sent to the Conyers location. I am equally please with their performance! Ben M. the manager and Megan the receptionist were both great. Dropped my 2013 Chrysler 300 off Tuesday morning to have a pretty big dent removed from the door, and the car was ready the next day at 5:00! The car looked good as new, they cleaned it inside and out and even paid for me a rental car. This place has grade A service. I will definitely return if needed and recommend everyone I know.
