I could not believe the customer service in this store, it was great from my initial call to the end. I spoke to a representative by the name of Dennis and he was absolutely on it! He told me exactly what to expect and how things would be handled so when I got to the store I met another friendly representative who took care of me and my son to get the car checked in. I don't remember his name but I would give him a A+ for customer service. I was also contacted in the beginning by Stephanie who took care of information and getting a rental set up for me. They made things so easy that I didn't worry about a thing! The work on our vehicle was completed in just a couple of days which I thought had to be a record and the vehicle looked great! All the folks I encountered at Gerber are absolutely great in my book! Thank you all so much for ... caring about the customer! Gerber Collision & Glass name is well worth its weight in gold. I received business located at 725 Dekalb Industrial Way, Decatur, GA 30033. I personally was re-assured of the great collision repair on my 2005 Chevy Malibu by staff member Stephanie D'agostin from the moment I entered this location for an repair estimate. I was a victim in an auto accident by receiving rear-end damage, and was hesitant about using a repair shop referred by the other insurance company. But, Stephanie humbled my apprehensions with exemplary customer service by utilizing an intrusive estimate examination, a detailed explanation for the estimated time for the collision repair, possibilities for discovery of further damages, and any problems with the repairs that could be corrected after completion of collision work, Mrs. D'agostin should due a training ... class nationwide for providing outstanding customer service to people whom may due business now, or possibly in the future with your company. Wonderful and friendly service. Repairs were done in the time stated. Good communications with service department. When additional damage was found during repair, management called to discuss with me and to work out need for increase cost over estimated cost. Location and availablitliy of a rental car was key to my choosing Gerber.

The service was excellent at this Gerber shop! The price was very reasonable and they obtained the parts and completed the job very quickly. I hope to never need this sort of service again, But if I do, I will definitely go to this Gerber shop, and I will recommend it to others.

Workmanship was good. Service on time. However, (accidental) damage was done to vehicle during repair, and we had an unpleasant time with the general manager resolving the matter. It was resolved only after insurance company intervention and car was then repaired satisfactorily.

I am very happy with the service i received, John Murphy took great care of me. The car was ready a day earlier than promised and it came in $100 below the estimate of $600. Somehow I walked away feeling good about having to spend $500! Meanwhile, I had received an estimate from another repair shop that it was $1,000 of damage. Thank you Gerber Collision and John!
