I was pleased to find that I got the same great treatment from Estimator Laura K. Chapman. Laura took time with me and explained everything. Prior to entering the shop, I spoke with this individual on the phone and the conversation she and I had made me feel so comfortable that I couldn’t wait to meet her. You see, I have had an issue prior to my car being hit and this individual not only spoke to me with a caring heart but also shed light on my problem and made me see that, there is light at the end of the tunnel. I’m talking about Laura. She is a true asset to this organization. Once I met her, she immediately greeted me with a smile and a hug which was very much needed at the time; I can not say enough about this lady, she is a true gem. I would also like to thanks Walt and Lisa for their excellent care as well. I was called every Tuesday and Thursday and given an update on my vehicle, they were superb. When my car was ready for pick up, to my surprise, they took care of my ... rental car too because I had no ideal how I was going to return the vehicle without their help. Because I am a Disable Veteran, this save me so much time and relieved the stress of returning this vehicle. Lisa went one step above and helped me retrieved my belonging from the rental and placed them in my car, I was so grateful. As for my vehicle, the last time I saw it, it was in really bad shape and when I looked at it, I could not tell it was ever hit. These guys did such an outstanding job on restoring my vehicle until my family and friends thought, I purchased the same car again. I truly appreciate each and every one of your employees that took the time to care for my vehicle. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!! Finally, I would be ever so grateful if this email would be read in all employees’ meetings across the country to let them know this is the way it’s done in Georgia! Herb and the gang over at the Gerber location on Dekalb Industrial were a pleasure to work with. They talked me through every step of the process and exceeded my expectations. They even handled ordering and returning my rental car on site. I wish these guys could be my regular mechanics, but alas, the only opportunity I'll have to order their services again is if I'm in another fender-bender (and I hope that's not any time soon!).

From the moment I stepped in at Gerber Collision in Decatur, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and curteous. Tom Bloomberg was excellent in suggesting a cost-effective way to reduce my out-of-pocket expenses, and I am very grateful to him. The service manager (forgotten his name) loves his job which is reflected in his approach with customers and quality of work. From the 3 service providers recommended by State Farm for collision work, I chose Gerber for their customer service, price and friendliness.

I just wanted to thank you once again for all your help in getting my company vehicle repaired. First of all, having an accident is not fun. Secondly, having to deal with estimates, time in the shop and jockeying cars is such a hassle. You and the folks at Gerber have shown me what true customer service is all about and have made this experience extremely easy for me. I felt I received a fair price – and you even passed on the information about getting a coupon and rental car from the website. Not many companies go that far to ensure customers are given the best deal they can get. My glass replacement is scheduled for tomorrow morning here at my office (nice!) and they were very prompt in calling to schedule the appointment. Again, credit goes to you for following up so quickly with them (and then me to close the loop). I sincerely hope ... the management knows how much value you bring to the company. Walt and Lisa were such a pleasure to work with at Gerber Collision. They provided prompt, courteous, and efficient service from time of estimate to the time I picked up my car after the repair. Walt kept me informed every step of the way through the process, and Lisa was always courteous, friendly and helpful. The staff cleaned my car, inside and out, after the repair was done. The whole staff felt like good friends every time I was in the shop. They even rushed the process so that my car was ready before they closed for the holidays. What a pleasure it was to work with the whole Gerber Collision company. I will definitely refer people to Gerber Collision whenever the opportunity arises.
