My First accident ever(not my fault) and I have to say one of the most pleasant estimators Gerber has working in their Decatur office is Kimberly C. She took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish and it was amazing considering the circumstances!! She went above and beyond her job description to assist me. I left with a huge smile on my face. I will proudly recommend Gerber Collision to all my friends here in Atlanta. FYI-I just moved here from Texas and appreciate the kindness your office gave me. Absolutely awesome service. From the time I met Jeffery with the estimate, the emails that updated my repairs, Dennis being honest with me that the car was not clean enough for pick up, and finally the pick-up--awesome. Unfortunately i had to call and get a windshield replaced the next day due to a rock flying up from the road. Because your service/customer-service was great--Gerber got the call for my windshield repair!!! Thank you!!!

From the moment I drove my damaged Camry into the lot, where Kimberly C. quickly looked at and evaluated the damage to the moment I picked the car up, four days later, completely repaired and detailed, the service could not have been better! As a lifelong service industry veteran, I offer Gerber Collision the highest compliment to be awarded: far exceeded expectations. The resurrection of my prized E320 was spearheaded by Kimberly C, an estimator at the DeKalb Industrial location. She was both professional and personable and met all my needs as a customer. In fact, she helped go above and beyond in getting my car brought back from the land of almost "total-loss" and looking like a brand new vehicle. These repairs also happened in far less time than I initially expected, minimizing the amount of agitation I spent dealing with finding alternate transportation. Overall, my experience was 100% positive. Thanks to Gerber and especially Kimberly for everything!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Gerber after my Jeep was damaged in an accident. I mainly worked with Stephanie- and she was simply amazing. She was helpful, patient and friendly. She made it a point to make sure my husband (who was out of town during the time of the repairs) was kept in the loop, which was huge for both of us. The communication and updates we were given throughout the process was superb. One of the days my car was there Stephanie was out of the office, so I worked with Heather- and she was just as wonderful to work with. Gerber went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were 100% satisfied with the work our Jeep had done. Our car looks as good as new and the great customer service made our experience a positive one. You guys rock- true pros! Thank you!

The service from Bobby when I first arrived was like he really cared about me and getting my vehicle repaired. He was very informative and knowledgeable.The estimator, Dennis was helpful of letting me know all of what was going on with my vehicle and informing me of the stages of repair it was in. When I did receive my vehicle, I was surprised to see that even the inside was cleaned and vacuumed. Bobby also went through the list of what was repaired and informed me of the warranty on the repairs. I am glad I went to Gerber.

This is my second time coming to Gerber at the Decatur location and I will never go to another auto repair place. I was in an accident at 7:45 AM on a Saturday, and by 11:30 AM, I was on my way to work in a rental car. They work seamlessly with my insurance and have a great relationship with the car rental location. The individuals were friendly, proactive, and knowledgeable. During the repair process, I appreciated the frequent contact and clear communications about the costs, etc... After nearly $7,500 in repairs, I left very happy with my vehicle (which is saying something!). I'm not one to leave embellished, over-the-top reviews, but this is a GREAT auto shop.
