My vehicle was hit from behind and our insurance company recommended Gerber. From the first contact with them I felt very good about choosing them. The folks that answer the phone were very professional and responsive to my needs. Tom S. was my estimator. He was easy to work with and called me exactly when he said he would. They did everything they could to make the repair on my car but in the end they realized there was just too much damage and the car was a total loss. I appreciate Tom's honesty and integrity in first making sure the car would be safe to drive over just fixing it. These are good people. Thanks for everything.

Had my "new" Nissan Frontier repaired at Gerber Collision in Deland, Florida. Just wanted to say I'm very pleased with the repairs that were done. Tom S was great. There were a few issues getting the correct part from Nissan to Gerber. Tom called me and explained what was going on trying to acquire the correct part to make the repair to my truck. I never thought I was left in the dark. They even washed my truck, right down to the wheels. I will recommend Gerber Collision to any that needs repairs to their vehicle.

Tom S was efficient, competant, informative and great to work with. He made sure I understood the process, and delivered what he promised, earlier than expected. 1 day for a repair is unbelievable!! Madeline did a great job in making sure I had everything I needed, and explained all the paperwork. The actual repair was done expertly, and my husband and I are very happy with the results.
