I had my Nissan Exterra repaired at this body shop. The staff was very professional, Tom was very polite and Brun H. the manager was exceptional making sure we had the vehicle ready so I could drive to school the next day. I would recommend this body shop to anyone.

The guys there all did a great job! The finished job looked wonderful and paint match was spot on. Kelly especially worked very hard with my insurance to make sure I got to keep my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision work.

Kelly took over when Larry retired. Larry was great. Kelly was as pleasant and helpful as anyone could ask for. She made this experience far less stressful. Had a hurricane in the meantime. Kelly stayed on top of this. Brun took time to explain the issue and was far more patient than I would ever expected. Each time (4) that I entered the office, either John or Tom, always asked if I had been helped. That seems minor, but to a customer that is respectful. Jeff (the technician) explained the whole thing and again, more than I expected. Your staff at this shop should be praised for their customer service. And, the tech (I believe it was Jeff) has a talent and made my car look great. The bottom line, though, is the appearance of my car. Tom was great. He was quick but explained everything out in detail. Tom personally kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was finished a day ahead of schedule. I hope I never have to go back, however, accidents happen and I would not hesitate to call Tom at Gerber collision again.

I am very happy with my truck repairs. It is back to new again. Tom was very helpful and answered all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I now know when or if I ever need any other work done it will always go back to Tom at Gerbers. I will for sure let other people know about my experience as for it's hard to find a place with honest people that do a great job.
