Tom S. was absolutely amazing! It took a little longer than we expected but he kept us up to date on everything done! We have a brand new 2017 Kia Optima and My husband is a previous ambulance collision repair guy so he was extremely picky with what he expected and Tom listened and made sure every concern was addressed! His promise that my car was back to being safe for our 2 kids to be in again meant the most! Thanks again, Tom! Gerber Collision is an excellent auto body repair shop. Tommy S. , my USAA Insurance representative is an excellent adjuster who treated me with courtesy , respect , and conducted all of the business in a professional manner. His communication skills were very efficient and kept me up to date as to the status of my auto repairs from start to finish. Excellent shop that runs very efficiently. The repair man did a superb job on my vehicle. Kudos to everyone at Gerber. I am very satisfied with this shop. Oh ! almost forgot ! Kelly , the receptionist was very courteous and helpful with whatever I needed whenever I called the shop. Thanks very much for a wonderful job..

Estimator Tommy S. did an outstanding job for me. He thoroughly explained his estimate for the repair, gave me specific information about the time required to finish the job, and kept me informed of the status daily. He also notified me of the repair parts not needed after inspection and the reduction to the estimate that resulted. The finished product was perfect, and my car was immaculate when I picked it up. If I ever again need my car repaired, I will definitely come back to Gerber and Tommy S!

This was the most positive car repair experience that I have ever had. The entire process with Gerber was so smooth sailing and far exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the administrative assistant, Kelly to the claim handler, Terry, to the service managers Brun and John were very professional.
