Tom S. was a pleasure to work with. Not only was he professional, but he was timely, funny, and thorough with his work. After getting rear-ended and the poor guy totaling his Toyota Camry in the back of my truck, Tom made the process of getting my life back to normal very easy. He was timely with his check-ins and status updates on my vehicle and my vehicle service took less than the quoted time. If you have USAA or any insurance for that matter, I highly recommend stopping in and getting Tom as your Estimator.

The team at the Gerber Collision in DeLand, FL were totally professional and caring when it cam to the needs of my car and quality. Daily notification as to my car's progress gave me so much ease during this time. Once the car was completed I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident, just beautiful. I truly wish I could give them a higher rating than just 5 stars. I was in an accident about a year ago. The other drivers insurance (USAA) told me to use Gerber collision. From my first interaction with Tom to the last I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The repair to my truck was beyond compare. After this experience I have referred Gerber Collision to anyone that is looking for auto body repair. Fast forward to this year, another car accident with me being sandwiched between two cars, again. This time when I called the insurance company I was given a choice as to where I could take my car. Although repairs took bit longer than first estimated,quality of work was excellent and a few extras were included. Tom was knowledgeable and always knew status of job. As it turned out, the text messages, despite a disclaimer, proved to be accurate.

Had a little warranty body work completed (per the local Dodge dealer) and I asked the General manager, Brun H. if I could have some mudflaps installed on the front of my truck and my rear mudflaps tightened up. Brun was very helpful and happy to do what I needed done and the job came out great! New hardware installed in place of what I had installed myself, and everything matched up perfectly. All at a reasonable price and completed in one day, as promised.
