John was wonderful! He kept me informed and updated through the whole process. When my repair time exceeded my rental agreement he made sure the my rental was covered so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. We had a concern about a noise in the steering wheel. John said to bring the car back and he would look at it. He completely fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. I'm very pleased with the work and customer service I received. Great job John and the entire Deland Gerber crew! I will definitely recommend John and Gerber Collision to my family and friends!

I was absolutely amazed at the speed (less than 1 week) of my accident repair (front fender, wheel, etc.) & the incredible workmanship. One would be hard pressed to see that there had been any damage to my vehicle. I commend the customer service I received by all personnel but most especially by George B. He explained everything clearly, pleasantly & professionally. I just recently recommended a friend, looking for an estimate regarding her car, to the Deland shop. I will be more than happy to continue recommending others to Gerber Collision. They made what was an unpleasant situation after my accident, much easier than I would've expected.
