George was very friendly and professional. He covered all details and I did't have to wait very long for service. The rental car from enterprize was there waiting for me. They accomadated me a camry that I requested. After the repair I returned rental and transported back to Gerber collision where my car was waiting out front washed inside and out. George went over the repairs with me and out the door I was. Never wish for an accident but if ever again I would come back and ask for George. Very personable and again totally professional. Thanks for making a fender bender an easy transition.

Brun H. and all of his staff were wonderful. I thought the car would be out two weeks and they knew I didn't have a rental an they pushed to get me back on the road. I've never been treated so great. Keep up the good work.

I received my drivers license in 1962 and this was the first time I have ever gone through a claims process. Tom S introduced himself and explained to me how, between USAA and Gerber, everything would be taken care of. He then outlined the entire repair process. Tom assured me that I would be completely satisfied. I left feeling that this story would have a happy ending. It did!!! Thanks Tom.

From the moment I walked into your DeLand location, I felt at home. Your receptionist assured me that I had come to the right place. And upon meeting Tom, I knew she was correct...he is simply amazing! Not only was I immediately impressed with his knowledge regarding my repair, but his love for his craft and his company came through in spades. From that point on, my mind was at ease, and his regular update calls kept me "in the loop" and confident that my car was in good hands. Tom took the time to set the proper expectations and then proceeded to exceed those expectations. When called to pick up my car, I couldn't wait to see the result.
