With Gerber as one of USAA's approved services providers. the ease at which I was able to get car into shop and repaired promptly, was superb! My car looked like new when it was ready.

The service provided was excellent. I reported the accident on the afternoon of 20 November. Received a call Thursday evening to set the appointment for evaluation and repair. I took my truck in on Monday morning 24 November and had it back by 12:30 the same day. Tom S. was my service representative. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

Tom S was very helpful and kind. They said it would be ready on Friday and it was. They even emailed me the estimate instead of asking me to sit around with my kids for an hour. This is the main reason I decided to let Gerber fix my car. Good experience and would use Gerber in the future.

I have to admit, I was actually VERY pleased with not only the CUSTOMER SERVICE (George was very pleasant, polite and answer each and every one of my questions without hesitation) and with my car, the work that was done on it and how well it looked when I picked it up. They were very great about calling and updating me on the status of my car, and kept me updated pretty much each step of the way.. I am very happy with the way things went and will recommend your company to anyone I know that may need it! Thank you so much for everything!
