When I brought my car in, I expected a professional job but my expectations were exceeded! The personnel there are so friendly, it's as if they knew me when I walked in! Tom S. was so personable, it made this experience very pleasurable! It wasn't about "I see your car, this is what we'll do, we'll see you later." It was "Have a seat, let's chat!" I came in Saturday to pick up my house keys (forgot to detach them when dropping off my car) and a young gentleman there was very friendly and courteous. I love the people at this location; it makes me want to wreck my car purposely just to come back! (just kidding). Lastly, when I went to pick up my car, I wasn't expecting a clean car - they cleaned it! Not just a quick wash, but they cleaned my car, almost like it was detailed! I wasn't expecting that! I highly recommend ... this place to folks even outside of Orange City/Deland area! Tom, et. al, thank you for being so professional and friendly as if we were friends! God bless you all! read more

Gerber collision and repair is the best! We bought a new lexus and 2 weeks later a neighbor backed into the front of our beautiful new car. Thankfully, the neighbor had insurance and their adjuster came promptly to estimate the damage. The adjuster recommended a repair shop in Sanford, about 15-20 miles away. After reading the reviews on the Sanford repair center, we decided to check online for other options. That's where we found Gerber and Tom Stokes. The 5 star ratings are true! Tom and his team know their business. They kept us informed , explained the details, and had our car back to us within the time frame they promised. (1 week) We would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone in need of collision and/or repair services.
