I was rear ended very hard in my 04 Honda Accord, USAA recommended Gerber C&G of DeLand and I delt with Tom. The repair looks fantastic, as good as new. Dealing with Gerber C&G couldn't have been easier. Everything I was told during the initial estimate was accurate and they finished two days ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend this establishment to anybody that needs collison repair work. Tom was outstanding, tried to keep cost down. Kept me in the loop about progress of repair. Vehicle was ready for pick up as promised even though there was more work required than originally estimated. Tom is an asset to your organization, knowledgeable about vehicle to be repaired, broke down everything to be done in laymans terms so you didn't walk away scratching your head. Will have my vehicles repaired if there ever is a need, which I hope not, because of their honesty.

If you had 100 stars to rate this store I would give it happily. The customer service is outstanding. Tom is fantastic. From the first time we walked in the door he was professional,caring and well informed. He kept us informed the entire time the truck was in the shop. He made sure the insurance was taken care of properly and he looked out for our best interests. The work on the truck was beautiful and we are very impressed. The young lady at the front desk is very nice and was a pleasure to work with. Tom took a very stressful situation and made our life much easier with all his help. I was in a car accident on 10DEC2013 and my car was transported to Gerber Collision on 11DEC2013 for repairs. Tom Stokes was my estimator and he was amaving. He kept me up to date on everything, the ordering of parts for my car and even the status on my car for when it was being broken down and being serviced. Tom called me twice a week to give me updates on my car. My car looks great and I am now happy again. Thank you Tom S and Gerber Collision.

I am so impressed with your Deland location. I had to have my van repaired but my other truck had just been totaled and I need the van fixed but also needed it for transportation and I explained it to Brun, who took care of me,he was very understanding of my situation, he got the necessary parts in and called me to make an appointment with me to bring in the van and had it back to me that afternoon in perfect condition. I could not have been more pleased with the service that I received and consideration that was shown to me in getting my van back to me quickly.
