Gerber & Johnathan A. we're absolutely amazing. I dropped it off to get the paint damage on the bumper fixed & they called me to let me know I could pick it up the same day. They were so nice when I was having issues getting the updates on it via my phone. 10/10 I will be going back anytime I need repairs

After some initial distress with receiving my vehicle, I reached out to the Gerber team the estimator over my transaction Jonathan A. assured me that all work was given a lifetime warranty and directed me to a dealership to handle the issue immediately and the invoice covered, through the whole process he was very speedy and professional even during the grueling parts I will continue to use and recommend him for years to come

The process from start to finish was easy and flawless. It took a few days to get an appointment to have my car looked at but we'll worth the few days wait. Wow what can I say about this place? The word is amazing. Colin who was my estimator did a phenomenal job. He broke down the simple process and when it would be done. Well he/they crushed my expectations. I was thinking I wouldn't be getting my truck back until after the holidays. Well turns out I got it back SAME DAY and in perfect condition. Better than it was before. Then when I went to pick up my truck he went over the warranty which is for life and I was on my way home right after. They had the rental car company with the agent waiting for me at the same time as my appointment. All of this was an amazing experience. Thank you Colin. You are really good at your job and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend going straight to Colin he makes life extremely easy.

Service was outstanding. Very through in explaining exactly what they were going to do. They called the next day to provide a status update on the repair. The paint job was as good as the original factory paint job. I hope to never need their service again but will definitely return should the need arise. Great job, highly recommend.
