I was very surprised by the level of service! From little things like transportation to and from their location to constant updates on the progress of not only my vehicle but also their dealings with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them to anyone with glass or collision repair issues.

Justice is an amazing, helpful worker. She helped me out since day one of my car accident. She kep me updated with every single detail on my car, looked for other ways to help me out with my car rental and with my insurance. Even though I am not happy with my insurance company (Fred L., Young America Insurance), she tried her best to help me with the issues I had going on with them. I would reccomend Gerber Collision and Justice as a Estimator to anyone that has any type of car issue. I thank them so much for the beautiful job they did on my car. I'm very impressed with Justice's professionalism and dedicated work.

Pride in their work that shows -- truly above-and-beyond attention to detail. They turned isolated repairs into a restoration -- detailed & polished it. Big Red looks like new. They took pride in their work and joy in our appreciation of it. This is MY body shop!

Service was both auto body and glass. Kacey made every effort to get the car in while I was out of town for a week causing me the least inconvenience. Abra was unwilling to make any accommodation and Gerber was very helpful. Gerber has all my business going forward. Great service!

Our vehicles have always been ready when promissed and looking flawless. You have had rentals there as well when needed. Once one of our headlamps didn't work and I called in the next day. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Jake and his crew at Gerber on Colorado Blvd. This was the second time I had my car repaired there, and if I need any bodywork on my car in the future, I will only have Jake take care of it. All companies should treat their customers like this one. Everyone who works there has integrity, friendliness, honesty, and is extremely competent at what they do. And the job was done super fast leaving my car looking brand new and clean inside and out. They even found, in cleaning my car's interior, a garage door opener and a credit card that I had lost long ago! They truly go above and beyond in their service and kindness. They are fair, transparent, and helpful. It would be great if everyone I deal with in the business world were as excellent in every way as the people at Gerber on Colorado Blvd. They ... deserve huge kudos...and they certainly get them from me. I'm grateful to know the folks there, and feel confident in telling my friends and family to only use them if they need bodywork done on their cars.
