I wish to comment on the wonderful care we were given recently through your S Colorado store. Our liaison, Justina, was very thorough with her communication, keeping us up to date as the process progressed. I was pleased with the e-mail updates, as well as our phone conversations. While the customer service is important, more important is the actual repair done to my vehicle. The work appears to have been done very well, and I am very pleased with the results. While I hope to never need your services again, I would recommend you to anyone who does.

Working with Jake at the 2228 Colorado location was refreshing. During my initial call, he walked me through the advantages of Gerber, and I will say that Gerber delivered on everything that he promised, going above and beyond the standards of most collision and repair shops. The bodywork was done quickly and correctly; the brake work, which had to be done at another shop, was also completed in a timely manner; and during this process, Jake and Justice communicated with me at every completion point. Furthermore, he arranged for Gerber to cover my rental for an additional seven days, which was not necessary. The results were flawless; my car was essentially detailed; and I am back on the road and in the mountains thanks to Jake and his team. Superb professionalism; excellent workmanship; and great customer loyalty. This location should be ... an example for the company and industry standards respectively. Wow...... Doesn't even start to describe the amazing service I've gotten from Jake. I'm a repeat customer for a reason. This last visit was a second repair on my van and he made sure my jeep was perfect when it was here several months ago. I refer Gerber as often as possible. Jake was great through the whole process with all three of my repairs.

I had brought my vehicle in for some repairs, Justice Rich was our estimator. She was professional, honest and quick. She made sure every ding and dent was highlighted. She also coordinated a rental vehicle to cover the days that my vehicle was in the shop. Unfortunately the Colorado Blvd. location couldn't fit my vehicle in the schedule as soon as they had hoped, so Justice called me immediately and gave me options: 1. I could come and get my vehicle back and bring it back at a later time 2. I could stay in a rental an extra two days 3. they could have my vehicle transported to the Santa Fe location and start repairs that afternoon. After my vehicle was all repaired, it was transported back to the Colorado Blvd location where Justice was waiting for me. Together we went over the vehicle in detail. Justice went above and beyond her duties ... to make sure I was fully satisfied with the work done. She even had Dane, their repair guy, take a look with us. "Jake was great! I was rear ended in a hit and run the day before leaving for a month long road trip. They got me in the next morning before we left and let me pick any day when I returned to drop my car. There was additional damage that I found after the estimate and Jake knew right away it was related to the accident and updated the estimate accordingly. They had the direct billing with State Farm set up before I even dropped the car! I loved the frequent text message updates, especially the one that said "Your Subaru is ready to come home!". I'd absolutely recommend them to a friend!"

I just had my Jeep repaired, and it was a great experience. I worked with Justice, and from the minute I walked in, she was so friendly and helpful, and I will absolutely be recommending both her and Gerber for any auto body work that my friends/family may need. Getting one's vehicle repaired can be such a tedious process, but it ended up being quite pleasant! I was kept updated, and all of my expectations were not only met but exceeded. I appreciated the speed with which they fixed a hiccup in the repair process and billed me at the same rate they quoted. Also nice to have a detail service as well. I selected Gerber Collision based on past experience with auto damage and customer care. Jake was absolutely one of the most professional representatives I have dealt ever dealt with. He never over promised delivery and always communicated honestly. I liked the text messages although it was redundant at times. I am very sensitive to customer service and Jake and the team was everything a customer should expect from any company. Thanks Jake and Gerber!

"July 3rd at 5:35 I had run my car through a carwash and the pully on the window broke and my window fell. I live downtown and it was the day before the 4th of July holiday and two days after I had undergone oral surgery and I was panicked and uncomforatble. I drove to Safelite Auto Glass to hopefully get the window taped and to get the earliest appointment I could get as I had done twice before on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the same problem. No one was there. As I went around the block I passed Gerber and saw two what looked like mechanics outside your business in the parking lot talking before they left and I'm sure excited about their Holiday. I pulled up to them and without opening my window one of them, a young lady later know as Justice approached my car and I rolled the window down.She asked "hi , what can I do for ... you". I explained my delima, the other mechanic said goodbye to Justice as she spoke to me and Justice began to exemplaphy the most incredible example of customer service I have received in quite some time. I apologigized for keeping her late and she would not hear of it. She explained the defect in the window pully's in the 2002 Jeep which I was aware of but it solidified my trust in her knowledge and ability. She opened the doors of your business and retrieved tape from the garage from the back of the building and taped my window shut and invited me inside and made an appointment for first thing on July 5th all with a huge smile and an effort to make me feel valued. There was a mom and dad there receiving similar last minute relief from another attendant that was taking care of their son who had just been in an accident. They also were voicing their appreciation for the late service. Justice gave me an estimate and I was on my way with a smile on my face, stress free and a plan in place to have the window fixed. Justice called me on the 5th with the part and had me bring my car over and it was fixed within 45 minutes again with such graciousness and a smile that would put anyone at ease. My degree is in the Hospitality Industry and I now work in the field of Public Health for the State of Colorado. Do not take your eye off Justice and for Gods's sake never loose her as an employee to your competition. She is a huge asset to your organization and any other organization would be lucky to have her. With large companies sometimes exceptional employees can be overlooked. Don't be foolish, keep your eye on Justice she may be underutilized and I almost look forward to the next time I need her help.
