Wow, Justice and Dana, at Gerber's Colorado Blvd location, really outdid themselves with a brilliant service recovery. There had been some miscommunication and part of my body work was not complete. Both ladies called me up and asked to fix it at my convenience. By the next day, my Toyota LandCruiser was better than ever and they made sure I left more than happy. Many thanks to them both and all the staff.

Fantastic customer service by Dana at the front desk and Jeff, the Estimator. They were fast, attentive, friendly and detail oriented. Dana coordinated the pick up and drop off of my rental car seamlessly. Jeff explained the process clearly and kept me in the loop. Jasmine at the front desk was also very kind and courteous. I'd like to never have to use your service again (as in never have a car accident again), but just in case, I am glad I found a great auto body shop.

Estimator, Jeff B., was exceptional!! He was genuinely concerned, efficient, and an excellent communicator. He went OUT OF HIS WAY to meet my needs and ensure my satisfaction. Your entire front office team - Dana, Justice, Jeff, and manager, Jake - are a "cut above". I received an exceptionally high caliber of customer service all around. That is rare and very refreshing in today's world. Kudos to the tech's behind the scenes - they did a beautiful job on my Chrysler 300 !! While one would rather not be in need of collision services it is comforting to know that there are such wonderful people available when the need arises. Jeff and team were absolutely fabulous. I received calls with updates on the status of my car throughout the 7 day timetable. Dropping my car off took no time at all because they made sure the rental company was there before my appointment. When I picked up my car they had done amazing work on the collision area as well as extra detailing for free all around my car to fix small scratches and dings to make it look flawless! I will be telling all my friends and family to go here.

My experience at Gerber was great! I got my front and rear bumpers repainted along with my spoiler due to an aging paint job and it looks beautiful. They estimated it would take 7 business days, but it ended up only taking 3 days which helped since I was paying out of pocket for the job and had rented a car. Jeff called me with a status update and was available anytime I had questions. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

Gerber was exceptionally professional and responsive on scheduling, explaining the insured-repair process, and in facilitating the entire processes. I expected much more hassle. There was none.
