I had a very frustrating experience with the insurance of the woman who hit my car. However, Gerber was helpful through it all. I appreciated the regular updates and calls. I could tell they worked as fast as they could, there were just a lot of set backs with insurance.

Had a great experience getting my Tahoe repaired by this team. Christina at the front desk was super helpful and friendly-kept everything on track with scheduling and paperwork...and Brandon did a great job putting together my estimate and keeping me informed on repair progress. This team was extremely user-friendly and made my repair experience smooth and efficient. I will come back to this shop for all my future repair needs.

I received service "well beyond the call of duty." First of all, the front desk agent, Christine was kind, efficient, and very considerate. The gentleman who did the estimate to repair bumper damage from a road-side assistance tow truck , also was attentive to an unrelated problem I mentioned to him: water collecting in the trunk. I asked if, while they were repairing the bumper they might try to figure out the cause of the water leakage. Well, not only did they repair the bumper beautifully, but they found the cause of the leakage. It seems a previous repair job done by another auto-body shop had left some seams unsealed. So, they sealed the faulty seams and didn't even charge me for it. I guess they took pity on a lady who had been an unwitting "victim" of shoddy work done at another shop. They were attentive, ... professional, and seemed truly dedicated to their customers' well-being!! read more
