To the owners, managers,or whom it may concern: I wish to express my appreciation and gradatude for your employees, Darsi, Jason and Justice. They were very professional, polite and what I call people persons. I have met very few people like them in my life time. (Grant you I am not a spring chicken). I would refer your company to every one who needs help with their vehicle collisions or other wise. Infact I have already. I have full confindent in those three employees that if I have a problem with my car I am going to call them for help and advise. Thank you for having great people working for you. Excellent Customer Service. Justice Rich was very patient in explaining other repairs not well done to my new vehicle that the Dealer did not tell me about. I was provided excellent customer service from the time of my estimate until I was given my car back 4 days later. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Reception lady sparkles, friendly, courteous, efficient. Estimator, ditto: friendly, efficient, called me several times during the repair to let me know what was going on. All people, friendly, smiling, efficient at all time. I am, unfortunately, a repeat customer. The unfortunate part is that I have been rear-ended twice, both times I chose Gerber to do the repairs. The first time, because of a good first impression getting the estimate - the second time because the first time was a great process. This repair experience was also awesome, from the estimator, Justice to the office staff, Darcy. I hope to not need Gerber again, but it is good to know where to go if I do.

"There aren't enough superlative adjectives to fully describe the OUTSTANDING service performed by Justice Rich. She is absolutely personable, responsive to the customers' needs, takes as much time as needed, regardless of the throngs of people trying to talk to her (she's like the Pied Piper, you see),is fully focused on the needs and BEST RESULTS for Gerber's customers! She treated me as if I were her only customer, giving me special attention and making sure that my insurance company paid me TOP dollar for my beloved, totally wrecked car! I was absolutely "over-the-moon" when she alone dealt with my wretched insurance company AND managed to get me more money for my dear, departed vehicle than I honestly believed was even possible! She's truly a gem and ANY company would be proud to have her as its employee(she should be ... given quarterly bonuses, if the truth be told!). If I could, I'd adopt her! As an additional valuable Gerber employee ,the receptionist Dorothy, is wonderfully kind, sociable and it's obvious that the customers are her highest priority! She makes dire and sad customers somehow feel better about their situation! She and Justice both helped me cope when I had to finalize the death of my darling Beetle. It may have only been an object-specifically a car-but it still hurt to know it was a "goner". I will ALWAYS use Gerber Collision and Glass, and will highly recommend it to EVERYONE! I can't say enough good things about Justice Rich. She is a superb example of not only a GREAT employee but human being!! Justice has an amazing attitude towards life and her job. Darci who greeted me and started the work orders and Justice who coordinated the repairs were highly professional and always available to answer questions and ensure that the work was done correctly and on time. My Tacoma looks brand new, especially after the shop detailed both the outside, interior, and engine compartment. Justice accomodated one special request which did not change the cost, but made the truck, in my opinion look much better. They handled the insurance company quickly to make the turn around as short as possible. I would highly recommend this facility in the future and would take my truck back in the future, which I hope doesn't happen, but if it did I would return to Gerber. Please extend my thanks to both of these great employees, they deserve many kudos for the work they did. Thank you.

I had a great experience, the place was close to my house, the repairs were done within the time frame talked about and I was contacted several times from customer service to be updated on progress. I also had a great experience speaking with Justice, who helped me so much with my stereo that needed replacing. She was so amazing and helpful! Thank you, I will remember your place, I need more work done that hasn't been taken care of yet ;o)

My car was in a wreck and Darcy and Dave made sure I was taken care of. I picked it up and it was pulling to one side and I called them back, they put me into a rental at no charge, adjusted things, and I was on my way again. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I know where to go.
