I can't explain how happy I am that I decided to have Gerber repair my car. My son had recommended me to them, so I knew they did excellent work. However I was astounded by how well they were able to meet all of my expectations. I needed the car back quickly because of a family trip that I had been planning for months. Although they said that the repairs would not be done until the week after I needed to leave; they were able to complete the repairs early. Gerber did everything to make it possible for me to make my trip, and I am so grateful to them for that. On top of all that the car looks wonderful. I am very happy, and Gerber has earned a customer for life.

I was recently involved in an accident in which the other driver was at fault. The accident caused damage to my rear bumper cover, multiple scrapes and a hole. Gerber was one of the available shops available through the other party's insurance. As my insurance was not covering the work, Gerber handled everything for me: preparing the estimate, submitting the information, and handling payment. The work was estimated to take three days, but Gerber finished the work in one day. It is nearly impossible to tell where my car was damaged; the paint match was that good. Gerber ensured pick-up went smoothly, too. Although I hope to not need repair services, if I do need them in the future I would not hesitate to give Gerber an opportunity to win my work. Further, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

However, once the vehicle arrived at the shop; everything went very smoothly.
