Gerber has been amazing to work with. They were able to fit me into the schedule for a repair, and had it completed in far less time than I estimated. The staff has been very nice and helpful everytime I've spoken with them. The team is far easier to work with than other collision centers I've used. I will use this location again if I have any type of repair.

I had 20-25 chips out of the paint in the hood. The guys stripped and repainted the hood, and did a beautiful compound buffing of the other panels, which made the difference in color between the new paint and the 13 year old original paint almost undetectable. Great service! Great people!

Theresa was wonderful. She was able to setup everything while I was out of the country so that I could drop off my car when I returned. Theresa also worked to provide a repair option so that I didn't have to complete the claim with my insurance. At the end, my vehicle was repaired perfectly, and it cost me less than my deductible. She also had everything handled on the rental car including the return. It could not have been any easier.

As a single mother with a full time job, part time student and two young children I put off getting my car fixed after we were hit by another car because I thought I was just too busy and would have to take off the day to get my car repaired. When I realized I could wait no longer I reluctantly went to my manager to let her know I would need the afternoon off to turn my car in. Well, to my surprise from the time I turned my car, met with Mr. Upton and he explained the procedure and I picked up by the car rental was less than 1 hour!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Fortunately, I was able to return to work that same day and save my time for something else... Mr. Mike Upton was thorough in explaining all that had to be done and in the time frame promised... Actually I got my car back a day earlier!! I thank Mr. Upton for valuing my time and ... answering all my questions and concerns. I had an extremely pleasant and hassle-free experience with this business. My car was ready faster than expected and when I went to pick it up, it had been washed, vacuumed and all my interior windows had been cleaned! what a nice surprise!! I will highly recommend Gerber!!!

I am a very happy and a very impressed customer. I took my Ford Explorer to get an estimate for a scratched flair & a cracked tail light. Mike Upton looked at the areas of concern, gave me a few options & told me I could come back any time; without an appointment and they could take care of me, possibly same day. Mike stated he would match any competitor’s price. I actually left without the feeling of obligation or a rush to return in order to keep a quoted price. I called my husband and discussed the options. We chose to let Gerber Collision in Duluth repair the damages since the costs were good and Mike offered to waive some of the labor since they were doing a couple things to the Explorer. I brought the Explorer in the next morning and Mike Upton was kind enough to bring me to work. I feared the Explorer wouldn’t be done in ... one day, but thankfully by the time I got off work the Explorer was ready and waiting. Gerber Collision in Duluth even cleaned the explorer, inside and out. I was very impressed with the service, price, and treatment. I have told many of my friends of my experience and I will continue spreading the word of my experience. Thank you Mike Upton for doing such a great job taking of the Explorer and making sure that I left a happy customer. I know you weren’t feeling to well that day; however I you made sure I left very satisfied. I have nothing but good things to say about Gerber Collision. They were very courteous and honest. My work was done in a timely manner. They were very quick. I dropped my car off on monday and it was done by wednesday. They told me the whole process before it started and called to tell me my car was done. When I was having a issue with my insurance carrier they took care of that also. I would recommend Gerber to anyone looking to get there car repaired and I will definitely use them again if I should ever need too.
