I just wanted to send quick e-mail thanking you for providing such an outstanding customer service! The fact that you insisted on repainting the bumpers for a better color match tells me a lot about high customer service standards at Gerber Collision and your exceptional personal work ethics and professional integrity. For the past few days, every time I look at my car I immediately recall the fact that it was not an easy job to try to match color for an older vehicle, and yet you made all the necessary extra steps (involving regional manager? ) to make sure that my car would look its best.

I was involved in a 5 car collision in my recently purchased Jeep Cherokee. I called my insurance company and they recommended Gerber Collision. I took my truck to Gerber on a Tuesday morning and they promised it would be repaired by Thursday evening. I then got a call Wednesday indicating the truck repairs were completed!! I needed a new bumper. While my truck was there, the battery died and Greg had a new one installed so I wouldn't have to deal with that on my own. I LOVE GERBER COLLISION!!!!!!!! thanks so much, everyone there was so nice and professional. GREAT JOB!

I recently took my vehicle in to be serviced after damage was done to it at a grocery store parking lot. The staff at Gerber are some of the nicest, most helpful people you would ever hope to meet. I was beginning to think quality customer service was long gone, but clearly at Gerber they make it their business to treat everyone fairly. Not only was the customer service awesome, but the work done to my vehicle was impeccable. Thanks so much to the Gerber Collision and Glass staff!

Your entire staff at Gerber in general, and Greg Kline in perticular, were: exceptionally courteous, the workmanship of the repair and the final paint matching was perfect, the total repair time was a minimum for the amount of work performed and the cost was very fair to these new customers. "I would just like to tell you how outstanding two of your employees, Theresa & Greg, are at your location at 3030 Satellite Boulevard, Duluth, GA 30096. I did not use Gerber Collision for any repair services, however these 2 employees helped me in another way. It was on Friday, June 10, 2011 that my car literally stopped in front of your store-my car had run out of gas. Not very smart on my part, but I was paying no attention to my gas gauge. It was over 90 degrees that day and the sun was blazing hot. I could not see a gas station in sight, so I walked into Gerber hoping they could point me in the right direction. I asked Greg where the nearest gas station was and he said if I drive about 1-1.5 miles down the road then there will be a Quick Trip on my left hand side. I said "Oh God, that far?" He wondered why I had ... said that, and I told him that I had just ran out of gas. Without any hesitation he asked if I would like one of the employees there to give me a ride so I would not have to walk in the heat. I accepted with much thanks, as long as it would not be a problem for anyone. Theresa, another employee said that it would be no problem since she had to go to the bank anyway. Of course I did not have a gas can in my car, so they let me borrow a 5 gallon gas can. Theresa drove me down to the Quick Trip and we were back at Gerber in no time. I was having a hard time pouring the gas into my tank, so Theresa went to see if there was a funnel that we could use. A couple of minutes later, Greg returned with a funnel in hand. He poured the gas into my tank as I held the funnel. After he poured the gas, Greg just didn't walk away. He waited until I started my car to make sure that it was running okay. Everything was great-we were able to get 5 gallons of gas into my car and it started right up. I can't even tell you how appreciative I am to Theresa and Greg for helping me out on that hot Friday afternoon. If it weren't for their generosity, I'm not quite sure what I would have done. I couldn't thank them enough for what they did for me. It is not very often that you find people who will go out of their way to help a total stranger. However, these two employees did and I am so grateful for their assistance. To make a long story short, I just wanted to let you know how gracious and amazing these two employees are and how they truly went above and beyond exceptional customer service. After a vehicle swerved head-front into my lane and knocked my driver mirror off, I was more angry than anything and just wanted this resolved as painless as possible. Although no insurance was involved, Greg at Duluth was wonderful! The staff had my mirror within just a few hours, and took care of me while I waited!!! I would definitely WRECKOMMEND Gerber to friends and family and rate the service I recieved well above a perfect 10!

I recently was in a automotive accident and was referred to Gerber for repairs. The staff at Gerber was extremely helpful and friendly. The individual who took care of me and my truck went out of his way to ensure that not only did I have my truck back the way it was supposed to be and on time, but also worked overtime to make sure I was satisfied and not inconvenienced.
