Best Body Shop Experience Ever!!! I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work. Hats off to Tex C. (general manager) who was always responsive and did a great job of keeping me informed. Tex is a very nice person who obviously cares about his work. They took care of even the smallest detail without question and my car was like brand new when I got it back. I would highly recommend them (and I already have) to anyone looking to get their car repaired from an accident. Thank you Tex and the team--Great job guys!

The Chapel hill team are my Xmas angels. I called on 12/19/16 from Atlanta asking if they would please help my daughter make it back home here and i would pay whatever it would take. My daughter was working in Durham this week when she damaged her passenger door which would not close or allow her to drive safely. The front desk (Laurie?)told me to see if she could make it the next day 12/20/16 in which my daugher did that morning. The Tech fixed the door safely in less then hour. When my daugher asked how much she was told no charge just have a safe trip back to Atlanta. Thank you so much Chapel Hill and Merry Xmas..

What an AMAZING experience I had with the Durham Gerber crew! Lori D. could not have been more professional and helpful as their Customer Service Representative and Walt P. was the perfect Repair Process Manager - friendly, thorough and extremely responsive. I had a trip planned, unexpected damage was discovered and, despite several set-backs, Walt made sure I got my car back in time for my departure. The car looks and drives great.
