I feel they "True 2 Form" were very professional and made me feel like I was in good hands with them. For someone who has never been into an accident they made me feel like everything was going to be o.k. and it was. They took care of everything for from setting up the car rental to having my car ready when they said they would. Their work on my car also was outstanding you would have never known that I was in an accident unless you were there. I will recomend that if you need your car troubles fixed by true professionals to take it to True2Form.

My experience with this whole process has been great from beginning to end. Its never easy to deal with an auto accident but everyone has been awesome every step of the way (both insurance company reps body shop and rental company) and they have made this least stress as possible. I cannot stress enough how professional everyone involved has been!
