First off, I was impressed by how fast I was able to get in for an estimate. To add to it, I was in for repairs within the week after I agreed to the awesome price Jason quoted me. The text message updates were fantastic and kept me in the know for the short amount of time it took to fix. The work I requested was more than what I expected. They really did a fantastic job. The color matching was on point and the team did a great job of addressing problems that a previous body shop left behind. When I saw my car, I couldn't help but say wow. It was very exciting for me as that car means a lot to me. I have already recommended your facility to friends and family and will keep your company in mind if the need ever arises.

I was in an accident on December the 8th. My right front end had extensive damage. This included a broken wheel axel leaving my car immobile. I called for a tow to come and pick up my vehicle. I was not sure where to send it. It was recommended that I send my car to Gerber collision. I had my vehicle towed there. Ten days later my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was so amazed of the work they had done on my car. It looked new. All I could say was WOW! They did an amazing job. It was as if nothing ever happened. I am so pleased of the work they performed in repairing my vehicle. I highly recommend Gerber. The quality of the work done on my vehicle was amazing.

This is the second time since August 2013 I've had to have my car repaired at Gerber. Obviously, I hope never to ding up my car again and have to have it fixed - but honestly I'm going to miss talking with Louise at the front desk - she is professional, charming, welcoming. And the mechanics do an excellent job and are so friendly. They keep me posted on exactly where they are with the repairs. I had both body work and my front windshield replaced and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you, Gerber.

Another lady hit my car. Her insurance company sent me to Gerber, they were nice professional, handled the situation very well. Explained at all times what was taking place with my car. Would highly recommend them for future problems. However, I hope to not get hit again...
