I just received my car back this past Friday and wanted to say what an amazing job the staff there did to fix my Subaru. It was completed in a very timely manner and everyone there was so nice and professional. My car looks brand new and I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful job. My total experience was nothing short of fantastic and I was totally wowed when I saw my car for the first time after repair. Please keep up the great work and give Jeff C. and Louise and the entire staff my regards. I will refer friends and family guaranteed!!!

Just got my car back which was in for minor paint repairs. What a 'wow' experience! Everyone was friendly, the car was done two days before the promised date, and they kept up with me twice a week while it was there. I will never go anywhere else again! They even buffed out a big scratch fro a very reasonable price!

Just a quick note-- Excellent, excellent service all the way around! I called your shop this morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate - they were able to get me in this morning and when I brought my car in, Jordan looked at the damage (the front fender had pulled out), and said he could fix it now and could also buff out a couple of scratches along the side. I was in the waiting area less than 15 minutes when he returned and said the car was fixed, and there would be no charge. What a great surprise! We have had two of our cars repaired in your shop before; we will always call your shop first. Thank you!

"Eddie, I am sending this email regarding my claim number 0240691683D01 -- 2007 Toyota Highlander I want you to know what outstanding service I have had by Gerber Collision and, especially, Jason. I was assisted, immediately by a Sr Claims adjuster and sent to Gerber Collision. I was given an appointment within 24 hours to bring the car in for an estimate by Jason. I was given professional, helpful, timely service in every way. Gerber went out of their way to accommodate me for the repair. My daughter took my car to Gerber for me on April 14, 2012. I had to be out of town for that week. Gerber, with Jason's coordination was able to have the car ready and available for my daughter's pick up on Saturday April 21, 2012. I didn't have to be without a car during the repairs. This is very important to me since I am a single person with ... only one car. Also, the cost of repairs went over the original estimate and Jason took complete care of the overage through Allstate saving me time from making telephone calls to have payment for the overage for Allstate. I can only tell you it was a wonderful experience not to be frustrated by telephone calls and collecting more money for anyone. My car looks, absolutely beautiful - what a terrific job was done on it. Unfortunately, I received a survey call from a company called "Comments Advocate Data" on 4/25/2012 at 5:16 PM who asked only two very insignificant questions about my experience with Gerber. I said I would like to tell them how outstanding the service from Gerber was and they informed me they only could ask the questions that were on their computer. I did manage to get out that I wished I could tell them how great Gerber was, and that I would like to give Gerber the highest possible rating. Jason was polite and very reliable with his feedback and twice weekly update on the car. He offered explanations for my strange questions without hesitation. He offered to show me the damage at both ends of the car, which I took him up on. It was a no hassle experience, the car looks wonderful and he explained the whole process of parts and used parts. I have a hybrid and he made sure the hybrid battery was checked by the dealer. This is my new favorite collision place! Hopefully I won't need you all very soon, but you nevery know! :)

Dear Steven, I wanted to follow up with you regarding the auto body repair service I received from your group. In February, in a parking lot, I accidently backed into a car damaging both my vehicle's bumper as well as the bumper of another vehicle. I had recently used your facility to repair my husband's car through an insurance claim and received good service. In this case, I wanted to access the damage to both vehicles to determine if I would file an insurance claim or pay for damages out of pocket. I called your facility and talked to Louise. She took an active role in coordinating estimate appointments for both cars involved, and placed several calls and emails to me to give me status of appointments, estimates, and scheduled repair for both of the cars. The cost for both vehicles was about $1600, and I decided to pay out of pocket. ... Louise scheduled a rental car for the other driver to use during the repair of her car, saving me that added expense. My vehicle repair looks amazing, which I would expect. But it is your customer service that is most impressive to me. Your business hours are very convenient for working people, your facility is clean and comfortable, and Louise epitomizes what true customer service looks like. She was friendly, knowledgeable, took initiative to communicate status, and seemed happy in her job. She made me feel appreciated and cared for. Her excellent level of service is an asset to your organization. Outside the fact I caused an accident requiring repairs, never a good thing :), the silver lining is that I had a wonderful experience on the repair end of things. I just picked up my car that was repaired by Gerber. I would recommed their services to all my friends . Start to finish they were very helpful and professional. They kept in contact with me by email as the repairs went along. Wow, they even offered to come pick me up at my house and give me a ride to get my car when it was ready. That really helped me out. My car looks great and they even cleaned out the inside as well.

To whom it may concern: RE: Jason Kersey I had a bumper replaced at Gerber Collision in Englewood, CO due a fender bender. I came to Gerber at the recommendation of a family member who also had a bumper repair job. Jason Kersey was the rep who completed the inspection and estimate. I am impressed with his customer service skills and how he handled my case. I appreciate it when employees do excellent work for customers, because it seems like customer service has really gone downhill these days. When I called to find out the status of my vehicle, Jason worked with me and seemingly expedited the rest of the process to get me my car; I was getting a ride from a friend to Gerber and the friend also had a schedule to keep as well. Jason had it ready when I arrived. I was also surprised to learned that my car not only received an external wash ... but an inside detailing too. Thank you to Gerber, Jason and any other employees involved in my car's repair job. I will make sure to suggest Gerber to anyone who needs body repair work.
