Good experience with Gerber (my first time). Ladies at front desk were polite, thorough and prompt. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle repair. The repairs look excellent. I will recommend Gerber and use them again (in the event I am involved in another accident).

To whom this may concern, I was treated so well. Thank you so much for the swift and beautiful work you did on my vehicle. I will never use another body shop ever. I have used you twice now (not my fault) and both times I have been blown away by the professionalism your company exudes. I dropped my car off on Monday expecting not to have it for weeks. I picked it up today... Wednesday... Two days later. I can not thank you enough. I am 9 months pregnant due any day now. This is one less thing I have to be worried about. I also wanted to give a 5star to Laura W., your front desk attendant. She made me feel valued. She has a very great personality to be working with the public. I was out of town while my car was being repaired and my daughter picked it up.. I did not get to see it until 10 days later. I was very satisfied with the repairs, the service and keeping me up to date via email the status of the job. I hope I don't need to have anything done in the future, but if I do, I will use and recommend Gerber
