I had scraped the rear door on the driver's side of my RAV4 in a parking garage. I was amazed when I picked it up. It looked like a brand new car! Not only was the repair excellent, but they had also vacuumed the inside which was totally unexpected. WOW! Definitely 5 STARS.

This was my first experience with Gerber Collision & Glass and I think I've found my new "go to" body shop! They got me right in for a non-scheduled estimate, ordered the part and installed it the following week. The installation only took an hour and was completed while I waited. I worked with Jordan M. for both the estimate and the actual work performed - I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness, plus he was extremely friendly and courteous. He even made a minor repair no included on the original estimate free of charge. I am very impressed with Jordan and Gerber Collision and will be taking my cars back to them for needed repairs. I would highly recommend this shop!

I was referred by Maurice G. I'm very pleased with the repairs that were done to my car. I like the fact, that I received daily email updates on my car. Jason K, provided excellent service and he knows his job very well. He was very easy to talk to, and explained everything to me in great detail. The front desk ladies took very good care of me. Louise kept me on my toes, if it wasn't for her there would've been a major issue with the insurance company paying for my repairs.
