I'm a snowbird that was involved in a major accident while in Florida ( not my fault by the way---was rear ended). I chose Gerber in Estero as it was on State Farm's select service list ( I'm a former State Farm employee). I had damage to the front and back and drivers side fender. This shop got the work done a week ahead of what was promised, and the guys did a great job on the extensive body work. Overall, very pleased, at this point in time, with the local Gerber shop. WOW. The place is spotless. I sat on the chair in my scrubs and was able to go directly to work. No smell. The repair was quick and easy. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The text updates were great. Thank you everyone! This was quite enjoyable. My bupper looks like the original! Thank you Team. Great job. I rate you a 5.

We were completely satisfied with the repairs to my car. I was surprised to see not only the outside of my car had been washed but the inside was also detailed. All the employees were so nice and very attentive. I would have no problem recommending Gerber to my friends or family.

Outstanding service from the moment we delivered our damaged Chrysler mini-van. The receptionist was oh so efficient and our damage consultant, Brittany E., was amazing-so professional in every which way. I'd like to express my extreme appreciation to your facility and staff at the Estero location. I had a large cooler fall on my truck and dent several places on and around the hood/quarter panel area. I take excellent care with my vehicles and I was sure that no one would ever return it to its factory finish . I was wrong. The facility was extremely clean and professional in appearance. Brittany was very pleasant and inspected the truck, explaining what needed to be done. I told her that I was having surgery in 5 days and live over an hour away. It would be difficult for me to pick up the truck after that. She said they would try they're best. I got a call on the fourth day saying the truck was ready. It looked perfect! I was so pleased. unexpected pleasure.......went in today to get a est. for some body work to see if i should make a claim with my insurance. i was greeted as soon as i opened my car door. and i explained my issue after looking at it they said they could fix it within a hour and thirty minutes..... i was able to relax comfortably and within one hour and twenty minutes they was done even washed my car for me. The work done to the car was flawless. I couldnt even tell there was any damage at all. and the cost was more then fair for the work that was done........they have made me a life long customer...they have a great team there. from the service desk to to the person that fixed my issue....
