I was great that Gerber/USAA kept me informed concerning the status of my vehicle through text messages. Gerber did a Great job on my vehicle. Last year they removed the dents on my vehicle and this year they replace my bumper! Great Work Guys!

Upon walikng in to this shop I was happy, I knew were my business was going.MY car was hit in a parking lot ,the damanage was on the rt rear door it was hard for me to see soas I never enter on that side.My insurance company suggested Gerber,as well as 23 ohers,I visit all 4 but choose Gerber.Thechoice I made,I was very happy with.The estimator Jennifer Ward was very helpful,she explained to me what will happen the time and how to get a rental.My car was there for the time she said no longer but several hours less.And this was coming up on the 4th of July weekend.WOW.I dont hae t sit at home for the 4th norspend money on a rental.Thanks you guysgreat work, my car looks good.Jennifer Ward was good.I highly reccomend this shop

Absolutely superb service and very impressive customer service representatives. Ms. Jennifer Ward, damage estimator, was my initial contact upon arriving at the service location. I must say she certainly exhibited the professionalism that makes a customer feel confident that the service will be done in a manner to meet their expectations. I was given very timely status updates of my vehicle during the entire duration of in shop. The customer service representatives I encountered are to be commended for the customer friendly environment they create. I had no idea what to do and they walked me through, step by step, with a smile and made me feel like it was ok to be there. I could not be happier with the quality of work and customer service that I received over the last 2 weeks from Gerber Collision and Glass. My car was hit in a parking lot on Fort Bragg, resulting in roughly $3000 dollars worth of damage to the trunk panel and rear of the car. During the repair process I was updated every 2-3 days on the progress of the car either by text or phone call, the damage was repaired ahead of schedule, and quite honestly the car looks better now than it did prior to the accident. I jokingly asked a few of my co-workers if they would hit the front end of my car with theirs just so I could take it into Gerber again. I will recommend this Gerber location to all of my family and friends in the future for collision and repair needs.
