The work done on my 2012 Chrysler 200 limited was awesome. I turned it in expecting it would be done in 10 days. I received it in 4 days. The car came out looking brand new. I definitely would recommend them to anyone else.

I highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who wants quality work and to work with respectful personnel. The staff, especially Brittnye, was so easy to work with and talk to. They answered any and all questions I had for them, about my vehicle and insurance coverage. The team was courteous, accommodating and very thorough checking and rechecking details in their work. From the moment I walked in the door, they treated me like I was the only client they had. the service step by step. they made sure that my car was taking care of in time, and it look awesome. the people was very nice and made sure I was in my rental in no time. Wow.... Literally the best customer service I could have asked for! I'm not just saying that either! They go way above and beyond the typical collision care standard. Brittney from Gerber Collision quite literally saved me at least $1000 just from my deductible! I had a great experience giving this company my business... although I hope I don't have to in the future =P 1000% RECOMMENDED!

From the 1st time I arrived at Gerber, they knew exactly what to do without hesitation. I immediately knew this was the place for my car repairs. They explained the process thoroughly, gave me an estimate of cost and time of completion and offered a rental vehicle. I literally had no questions after my initial visit. The repairs to my vehicle are impeccable. I've read some of the negative reviews about this location, but I strongly disagree and would highly recommend Gerber for any collision repair.

Jennifer was wonderful! She made sure I knew exactly where we were in our repair. She made it easy and stress free. Everyone I spoke to when I called the office was helpful. It isn't fun to have your daughter's new car fixed after a collision that wasn't her fault... but the staff at Gerber sure made it pleasant. The care looks great. We are very pleased! Thank you!

The first time my car was taken to this Gerber (September 14) it was because my insurance company told me where it had to go immediately after an accident. My car had to have a relatively major repair (I got rear ended). They had my car for a little less than a month but kept me informed the whole time and did a fantastic job. I was impressed that they got the back end of my car looking like brand new. This is the second time my car has been to Gerber on Bragg Blvd. This time however I asked for this specific shop based on the great work they did on my car in September. This time was a small repair and was done really quickly. They had my car back to me in a little over a day. I hope I will not have to use the shop again but if I do have a body repair need I will certainly call them. Jennifer has helped me both times and has been ... fantastic. Although I don't know the names of the other ladies up front, they are all very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. read more
