I have lived in Fayetteville for over 20 years now, and I have had to use the collision shops of Ski's Auto World and Hamont Body Works, both of which I have always been very, very satisfied and would use again, even now. Gerber, in comparison, has been faster, more communicative, and clearly determined to provide the best customer service. Jennifer Ward and Brittany are incredibly competent, professional women, who, I think, are the backbone of this Fayetteville store. They treat customers with kindness, and they clearly know their auto collision data. My car had an issue with the new bumper fit, and rather than settle for the after market bumper, which had already been painted, Ms. W. advised me to use the OER model. This forced Gerber to have to order additional parts and spend an extra day working on my car. They treated my old Toyota ... Corolla, with 145,000 miles, like a new German performance vehicle. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who wants reliable, guaranteed, fast, and personal service for their vehicles. This auto collision experience has been the best one of about four that I have had in my 54 years of life. read more

This was by far and away the best service that I have gotten for my vehicle in 12 years of owning it. The people of Gerber were swift and efficient from top to bottom. I got my appraisal and dropped my vehicle off, all in the same day. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always helpful. Best service, best staff. I had amazing service from this Collision Center! I worked with Jennifer W. and her customer care was outstanding! I've used this location for all my accidents and have had no issues or concerns! She worked well with me while I lived out of state to ensure my vehicle was properly taken care of! She always kept me informed of any issues that arose and worked back and forth with myself and my insurance company. When I had to order the rims out of pocket and had them shipped to Gerber, she made sure they were signed for and worked with USAA to ensure I was reimbursed for the cost of two of my rims. I have absolutely no complaints and was so thankful for her service to ensure I had my vehicle done in time since I lived out of state. She is by far the best person to have worked with in regards to this accident and the issues that arose with my ... insurance company. If it wasn't for her patience and constant feedback, I don't think my vehicle would've been done on time. I appreciate all her hard work and dedication to getting my vehicle fixed for me. read more
