Shout out to Clelia P, customer service rep! I observed her for 3 hrs while waiting on my windshield. She remained professional and courteous as she interacted with customers in-person, on phone and with technicians. She NEVER lost her patience or positive attitude(though she had the opportunity to do so). Great person to have on your team!!!

To begin with, the employees are exceptionally polite,caring and very dedicated to their job, that is so important at first, we felt assured leaving our car for the repair, Our contact person Mr. Chris who took care of our car was very deligent in providing us some updates by calling us from start to finish, the repair was quick and it looks like nothing happened to our car. I will never wish to see these guys again for sure, but i am assured that if something happens to one of my cars again these is the best GerberCollision location to choose.

This review should have been written over a year ago but because of family illnesses & our daughter is now resting in heaven I wanted to make sure I kept my promise because your location is OUTSTANDING AND KNOWS HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE PERIOD!!! Our name is Patricia & Russell. We live in Virginia Beach, and we were traveling to Florida to drop my mother off. I got in an accident that required me to leave my car at the Kia dealership. A Kia representative made sure my car was taken taken Gerber Collision & Glass, and she spoke highly of you all. I'm SCREAMING, with such joy, happiness , and the communication, work, and professionalism I received from the auto body technician who worked on my EV6 Kia 2022. His name is SAM, SAM he is "the bomb," and I'm just so thankful he helped me. The guy ... that worked on the color, thank you. The color is a unique yellow mustard, and they were able to match the color hood. Please note that they had to create my car color. When I picked up my car to drive back to Virginia Beach, Virginia, my car looked better than when I purchased it brand new. (Clelia and Karissa, because your customer service on the phone was professional, so loving, and you cared. Clelia, you better come visit me in Virginia. Sam is the man he truly cares about you're vechile. Meeting you all at the time of picking up my car was such happiness, and I truly appreciate everyone at this location. I had my bumper repaired this week at Gerber Collision and I couldn't have been more pleased. First, the ladies in the reception office were super nice. You don't always find that anymore. Also the estimator was very nice and quick with his opinion on my bumper. I also met Tony, the Manager, and he was very nice, also. They fixed my bumper in less than an hour and the job was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better job. It looks great! I will recommend them to my friends.

I am VERY pleased with the repairs that were performed on my f150. This location didn't waste any time on getting the repairs properly completed, keeping me informed on how far along they were during the process, and actually showing me pictures of all of the damaged parts and images of the new parts being painted and repaired. I definitely will be coming back to this location if I ever need any more repairs done to my vehicle and I will be recommending this location to people that need collision repairs completed.

First of all, I will be the one to admit I am not the easiest customer to please at times. With that being said, was highly impressed with Tony M. the new manager. He went above and beyond to help me while my car was being repaired. Due to NO FAULT of Gerber Collision and Glass my bumper was damage during shipping. He discounted my "out of pocket" repair cost for the inconvenience it caused me. He is a super nice guy, great personality, great customer skills and definitely a big asset to the company. Workmanship was great the first time I used this company, which brought me back to the Raeford Road location in Fayetteville, N.C. However, I am much more impressed with the new management team.
