Though a very long process (3 months) GERBER, and specifically, Shane A., did a fantastic job constantly keeping me updated with the status of the repair. It was long but I always felt that Shane worried about me daily and wanted to make sure I was alright. Keeping me updated is critical to customer satisfaction and I really appreciate all that he did. He took the sting out of the situation at every opportunity. Hats off, and thanks!

He took the time to explain and then went ahead and wiped off the paint left behind and reattched the light on the side of the wheel . He did not charge me and made me a customer for life!
