If Gerber offered a frequent flier program, I'd be a gold star member. I've had a multitude of auto body repairs done by them so I feel confident in giving a hearty five star review. They have a system in place that moved my cars through the repair process smoothly and quickly. From Jerri and the ladies at the front to Jason and the others in the body shop, I was treated with warmth and efficiency. And their repair work is beautiful. They got the rear view mirror on my white Fusion to match beautifully, which is not an easy feat. Obviously, I highly recommend Gerber Collision on S. Industrial!

The preliminary estimate was extremely detailed and I understand the body of work for my car. The attendant was very patient in providing details and setting my expectations. Unfortunately, the work could not start until 3 months after the initial estimate, but that was clearly communicated.

I was not happy to find my vehicle needing work done to it after I walked outside and found it damaged and I was crabby. She was nothing but exceptional to work with and made it quick and easy. Ask for Heather she's amazing and will help you through a difficult situation with a calm attitude and delightful demeanor! Great paint/ body work as well!
