I am leasing a 2025 vehicle that has only been off the lot one month before the accident so I was pretty concerned about it getting put back together perfectly. Your team made that happen. They did an excellent job. Matthew did an outstanding job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He was able to answer any questions I had and stood out in the rain with me the day I picked it up to explain everything that had been fixed. Gerber Collision in Prattville was AMAZING! Everyone I had contact with had the best attitude and customer service. They communicated with me every step of the way and handled all issues with my insurance. You can't even tell there was ever any damage to my car. I HIGHLY recommend their services.
