I brought my car into Gerber to have the front grill sanded down and repainted. The team reviewed the front of the vehicle and instead suggested that they try using spirits instead. Within <5 minutes, the car looked new. I offered to provide some $, but they refused. What a great experience.

Fantastic service throughout the entire experience. I didn't cause this collision, my car (Pearl) was hit by another insured driver, out of state. I was already a 'wreck' as I dropped my vehicle off. My estimator was Jeff G. He was gentle, reassuring and kept me advised through the entire repair process. My vehicle (Pearl) was repaired to my great satisfaction and I could not have been more satisfied, she looked as if nothing ever happened! I have & will contine to refer folks to Gerber & should we need collision repair, Jeff and the Gerber team on South 13th will be my "go to" in the future.

Rich and the team were very responsive to my situation. From the time I entered the office, I was greeted by a highly professional staff. After the initial inspection by Rich, I was told that it could take up to one and one-half weeks to complete the repair job. Imagine how excited I was to be given a call that my car was ready for pick up after four days in Gerber's shop. I asked a friend of mine to tell me what he thought of the repair work. He said if he hadn't seen the damage himself, he would have thought there was never anything wrong with my car needing rear quarter-pound and tail light work. I will tell my friends that if they have body work that needs to be done, they can trust Gerber to do the job right the very first time. Rich, thank you and the team for an excellent job.

Everything was great, it was a smooth process, the estimate was pretty close and the time frame was what I was told, about a week. I had a smashed passenger window and body damage from the same act. I was treated with respect and my overall experience was wonderful. Good job! My car looks great and you guys washed and cleaned my car inside and out, I was vary impressed.
