My son was in a car accident, and the other driver's insurance company sent us to Gerber for the repairs. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Gerber's employees were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They explained everything in detail and kept us informed daily throughout the process. The receptionist was particular wonderful to work with. She even went as far as to call the rental car company when she noticed I had been waiting longer than expected for them to arrive. I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and family and to my insurance company as well. Thank you Gerber!

She is great on the phone with customers. She has tremendous patience and knowledge. I really appreciated both of them. I also appreciate how both of them helped me get my rental car back to Hertz. For having to get your car fixed, which is not a fun time, they made the process as smooth and pleasant as it could be.
