Automotive care: Excellent - The replaced bumper looks like the original one. - Car's exterior and interior were cleaned following repair. Customer care: Excellent - Manager kept me up to date on the status of the completion of the bumper replacement. - Technician reviewed the work to be done before the repair was begun. - Technician reviewed the work that was done when I arrived to pick up the car. - Transportation was conveniently provided by Gerber to and from my home to enable me to leave the car with Gerber the number of days required.

Replaced front windshield. The work was done at my home. Jason was our service technician. Was in and out in less than an hour. Very orderly in his work. Showed high level of skill. Transferred all essential tags on windshield and rear view mirror. From first contact with Melinda and and her follow-up to Jason showing up and his no nonsense work ethics. Great experience This Glass master is owned by Gerber Collision & Glass in The Colony who we had a good experience when they repaired our Toyota Highlander. Highly recommend their services.

Getting to an accident is stressful and frustrating I was recommended to Gerber Collision through my insurance. They were fast had my car in and out with in a week. Answered all my questions ( and I had a lot) kept in communication with the me on repair progress and followed up with after my car was done. When my bumper was a little off after the repairs they promptly got me in to adjust it. Raphael is kind and helpful I would highly recommend this shop it made a stressful situation bearable. With out a lot of run around and confusion. Customer service 5 star in my book !!!
