These folks are the best ! Have had three minor fender benders in the last year or so and Gerber took excellent care of us on all three occasions. Service was courteous, friendly and prompt. Communication was outstanding ! They kept us informed of the status of our vehicle daily and our vehicles were delivered back to us on the promise date each time. We have not had to have body shop work done on a vehicle in more than 50 years. I cannot commend Gerber Porter/Chesterton Indiana enough. Emily made it easy to get started and was there for any questions or concerns. She also arranged a rental car for us. Joe the manager scrutinize the Ford Escape and was able to detect damage we did not even see. He walked us through the procedure. He told us up front there would be a wait. Two times a week, we were informed on the progress of our vehicle. Kept up to date When we picked up the Escape it looked showroom new. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
