Gerber Collision and Glass in Mt Juliet was fabulous to work with. From the 1st phone call to speak about having my car repaired to picking up my vehicle, Candi went out of her way to help me work with the insurance company responsible for the repairs. Gerber kept me up to date via calls/texts as to the progress every step of the way. Even though this isn't the closest Gerber location to my home, I will definitely work with this location again if the need arises. I will happily recommend Gerber to anyone needing assistance with collision and glass in the future.

Everyone from the front office clerk to my main helper, Melissa, to employees just passing by when I was either in the office area or on the lit were very responsive, helpful, and kind. The work was done in a timely fashion and my car looks and functions beautifully again.
